The flowers are blooming. The air is fresh. The weather is amazing. That can only mean one thing: spring has arrived! As the winter passes, there are a few tell-tale signs that validate the shift in seasons. Here are just a few you may notice.

1. Now you can finally ditch your winter coat. We all know what that means — we immediately break out the spring-borderline-summer wardrobe. And yes, some of us feel so free we find the need to twirl around in that dress we’ve been dying to wear for months.

2. Does it feel crowded in here? Let’s not forget that with good weather comes traffic. Everyone crawls out of hiding from the cold and flood the roads.

3. Is it me, or does everyone suddenly become a sunglass model? Men and women rock their favorite pair of sunglasses (preferably Ray Bans) to shield them from the finally-existent sun. Most even take on the mysterious “cool” persona… must be the glasses.

4. The campus (or any park or open green space, really) looks alive again. People are lying on the grass, playing Frisbee/games ,and just enjoying being outdoors for the first time in a while.

5. And, of course, there is always that one person to actually remind you: Spring is finally here!
