It’s that time of year again, so you should kick off this week by getting in the holiday spirit! If you and your friends don’t have plans or don’t know where you should go, check out these spooky places!
1. Transfer Student & Commuter Student Haunted House (On Campus)
October 27th at 6:30pm
Located in Hunziker
This is great because it’s on campus, so you don’t have to travel far! It’s also a great way to get involved and meet new people (YAY)!
2. Brighton Asylum
Located at 2 Brighton Ave, Passaic, NJ
If you’re a horror junky this place should definitely be on your list. They’re known for their creepy haunted asylum and suspenseful tunnel experience. This is a great place to go with a bunch of people, but maybe leave that one squeamish friend at home.

3. Quest Zone Escape Room
Located at 535 Bergen Blvd (Entrance from Day ave) Ridgefield, NJ
This is always a fun activity, but even more so as it gets closer to Halloween. There are three different games you can choose from including Area 51 Roswell Encounter, Alcatraz Escape, and Asylum. All of these games have been rated very highly on the terror experience, so it’s definitely something to check out.

4. Bane Haunted House
Located at 630 W Mount Pleasant Ave Livingston, NJ 07866
This place has been named ‘The Scariest Haunted House in New Jersey’ by The Star-Ledger! But if thats not enough, they even give a discount to college students (they know the struggle) on Thursday’s. All you have to do is show them your college ID.

5. Demarest Farms
Located at 244 Wierimus Road, Hillsdale Hillsdale
If you’re one of those people who hate to be scared, but still want something fun to do during the Halloween spirit, definitely check this out. You can pick your own pumpkins and even go on non spooky hayrides with friends.
