Must-Have Nail Polishes for Fall

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Wisconsin chapter.

There is an inspirational color palette surrounding the autumn season all throughout nature. Now is the perfect time to use the colors around you to find nail colors to match!

1.      Bahama Mama by Essie is the perfect plummy burgundy shade for fall. Its reminiscence of the leaves changing color makes it a must for every collector!

2.      Get inspired by pumpkins and Halloween and pick up a bold color like L’Oreal Colour Riche Nail Polish in L’orange. This shade will definitely stand out among the deeper colored clothing pieces in your fall wardrobe.

3.      The shade Big Apple Red from OPI is a perfect candy apple red! It’ll remind you of going apple picking on a crisp fall afternoon.

4.      Essie’s Fall in Line is a dusty green color taking inspiration from the various shades in autumn grass. Different lighting causes it appears more olive, jade, or even slightly gray. The mystery makes it even better!

5.      Gray nail polish is a nice neutral to have for fall. This one, Stormy Weather by Deborah Lippmann, is reminiscent of those rainy fall days.

Well now it’s decision time. There is such a wide range of shades inspired by the beautiful autumn season’s nature. Choose your favorite and get painting!
