Fuel For Finals (or Procrastination)By March 3, 2011 - 9:47pm Hello fine females of UW! After midterms (just a few weeks ago), we all felt a great sense of relief, no? Well GUESS WHAT? FINALS WEEK IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER! Lucky us, right? I guess that's what we get for being on the dumb ol' quarter system...sigh. As due dates begin trickling in, it can be difficult to get through the end of the quarter. It is that time when we students need to decide which is more important: partying or writing an essay? Well, now YOU CAN HAVE BOTH. And by "you can have both" I definitely mean "watch this video of a baby getting pitted at a bar full of puppets, and party vicariously through her, then finish your paper or you will end up homeless and in debt".... |

UniLeaks?By February 26, 2011 - 8:04pm So, I'm pretty sure at this point we all know about Wikileaks, right? While reading tech blogs at work yesterday, I heard about UniLeaks. It's basically the university version of wikileaks, their slogan is "keeping education honest". It's an Australian-based site, and they mainly have information regarding universities and colleges from Australia and the UK. However, from the looks of it, they seem to be anticipating some worldwide academic action. How do you feel about this? Good or bad? Got any juicy secrets about UW? Tell them to me first. My skin will be as smooth as a baby's bottom when the boyf and I go to Canlis then take a horse-drawn carriage to our private yacht on Lake Union where we will exchange expensive jewelry for the rest of the night.
