Zack Stein (2018)

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Wash U chapter.

This week’s Campus Cutie hails from the Big Apple. I can tell you from personal experience that this city kid has matured a lot since his days at Camp Chipinaw. If he’s not buying an egg and cheese at Einstein’s you can probably find him singlehandedly keeping the new Bauer Café in business due to his love for Olin Chips. Take a minute out of your busy day to read more about Wash U’s very own Zack Stein.

Major: Still undeclared, but hopefully Marketing.

Hometown: New York, NY

On-campus involvement: Bee-keeping club

Relationship status: Single… and ready to mingle. No. No. Don’t write that.

Celeb crush? Kate Upton. Her work in Sports Illustrated is inspiring.

Biggest pet peeve?

ZS: People who eat their hair

HC: That’s not really a thing that people do…

ZS: Fine… people who eat their sleeves.

HC: Never seen anyone do that either.

What qualities do you look for in a girl? I like when girls can distinguish between a bad joke and a quality one.

What’s your favorite emoji? Is it too immature to say the poop one?

What’s the last text you got from your mom? A picture of my dog dressed in a chef’s costume for Halloween.

What is the first meal you’re going to have when you go home for Thanksgiving break? Some homemade challah (shoutout to the nice Jewish girls out there).

What is one thing you wish girls would stop Instagramming? Overly edited food. It’s beautiful just the way it is.

Rachel is a junior in Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. When she's not using her status as a twin as her obvious fun fact, she'll probably tell you that she loves photography, concerts, travel, Buzzfeed, and slaving over clever Instagram captions.
Sydney Davis is a senior at Washington University in St. Louis majoring in Film & Media Studies and minoring in Writing. She loves running, exploring new cities, fashion, boating, and most importantly, Whole Foods.
