Fall at Wake Forest is the most beautiful time to be on campus. Wake Forest is covered with dense forestry. In the fall, campus transforms into a stunning landscape, painted in brilliant shades of burnt orange, deep red, and bright yellow. Fall in the Forest received worldwide recognition in 2015 when Forbes magazine ranked Wake Forest to number 1 in the entire country as the most beautiful school in the fall. In addition to the amazingly picturesque campus, autumn brings about other fun activities and charitable events at Wake. Here are a few of the many reasons to get excited for the most wonderful time of the year:
1. Seeing Wait Chapel surrounded in color
2. Walking along the Reynolda Trails
3. Hiking up Pilot Mountain in Surry Country, North Carolina
4. Drinking everything pumpkin spiced at Starbucks and Campus Grounds
5. Participating in Project Pumpkin
6. Seeing Cash Cash at the fall student concert
7. Reuniting with Wake Forest alums during Homecoming Weekend
8. Eating the single greatest meal of the year: Pitsgiving
