Collegiette Beauty: At-Home PedicureBy May 2, 2013 - 2:33pm Did you neglect your feet all winter and now you’re having toe-showing anxiety? Her Campus is here to tell you that it’s okay – we all do it. A good fix for this is a professional pedicure, but let’s face it – these can be too expensive for the collegiette’s budget. My Hero, Jack Lauterback: One of Richmond's Local CelebritiesBy April 25, 2013 - 10:27pm Heroes walk in all sorts of different paths. Some put out fires, perform life-saving surgeries, solve crimes, and some even put on a red cape and wear their matching underwear on the outside of their (preferably) latex tights. My hero differs from the norm. My hero is a bartender with no filter, with wisdom reserved for those either those high on a variety of eco-friendly substances, or piss-poor drunks crying about their non-existent sex life, and with a pair of eyes that would just melt your heart (if you’re either a stupid nineteen year-old girl or a thirty-five-year old cougar whose hobbies include botox and knocking back long-island ice teas). But seriously, Jack is exactly what I aspire to be when I finally become a responsible, mature adult.... |

Opportunities Abound at the Her Campus Intercollegiate ConferenceBy March 26, 2013 - 9:23pm This past Saturday, on a very cold morning, I woke at the abysmal hour of six in the morning. The sun had yet to rise, and my neighbors in the apartment next to me had been up until almost four shouting and laughing. By the time it was time for me to wake up, I had gotten all of – maybe – three hours of sleep. READ MORE |
