Ah the holidays. Halloween just passed and Christmas is a’coming, but today, today is Thanksgiving. A day consumed by prepping, cooking and stuffing our faces with food can be more stressful than you would think. Here are 11 thoughts everyone has on Thanksgiving:
1. You wake up and it feels like Christmas morning. Well, if all you did was eat on Christmas.
2. Time to decide what to wear on this special day. Definitely not something tight, or with buttons or zippers. Basically nothing enclosing on your midsection.
3. Ah, time for breakfast, the first meal of the big day. Better make sure it’s something light, I need to make sure I have room for my turkey friend.
4. Time to figure out what will be on the menu for tonight . . . besides turkey.
5. Can’t forget to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade!
6. Waiting, waiting and more . . . waiting. Where dat turkey at doe?
7. The arrival of THE TURKEY
8. Time to fill every inch of my plate with food so you can’t see the plate anymore.
9. Stuff face until I can’t eat anymore
