For those of you who attended the Everything ELITE fashion show, you witnessed Kelsey grace the runway. She is fun sized, kind hearted, friendly, and gorgeous! What made you choose VSU?
Originally, I chose VSU because it has a really attractive campus and because it was the furthest school from where I grew up in Gwinnett County without leaving the state.
What has made your collge experience great so far?
The gaining of independence and responsibility. Also my social life and friendship with Michaela.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy relaxing, listening to music, watching movies, vining, and chilling with my oh-so wavy friends.
What’s your favorite food?
Jamaican food! I love spice! Hot sauce makes everything better.
What do you plan on doing with your major?
I plan to be a foreign language teacher for high school students until I land a job translating for the government.
What activities are you involved in here at VSU?
I am in the Trailblazer program which was created for students who would be the first in their immediate families to graduate from college. I am also a model for one of the 3 modeling troupes here at VSU known as ELITE models.
Tell us about ELITE!
It is an off campus organization of girls who have an interest in modeling. More than anything it is a confidence builder that helps young women to be comfortable in their skin and we recognize their beauty. We work on runway walks, techniques, and poses. We just recently had our first annual fashion show.
