What do you think about your college experience so far?

My college experience has been pretty good so far. I’m a direct admit to the Computer Science major. It’s mostly good because I got myself involved with many things on campus already as a freshman. But honestly, your college experience is only as good as you make it.

So, how have you gotten involved on campus?

Well, for starters, I decided to make the UWB Class of 2020 Facebook page, for the first years. There’s like, almost 300 people on there, I think. It really helps me connect to every freshman on campus, while creating a kind of online community to better connect our freshman, with UWB being a commuter campus and all. I also have an on-campus job as a tech consultant and I am also in the process of being an officer for two clubs.

What are your extracurriculars like?

There’s a media and filmography club I am trying to start. I am also a part of the Gray Hat Team, which is a computer networking club. We’re working on becoming an official club right after finals. I am also working on developing an app with a team of coders. I also like to do photography.

What do you look forward to in your upcoming years?

There’s quite a bit I’m looking forward to. First off I wanna finish my degree lol. But besides that I hope to start a business and… fingers crossed… become a part of the asuwb team so that I can make an impact on the campus as a whole.
