Halloween is a great time for kids to dress up, eat a bunch of candy, and earn themselves a trip to the dentist soon after. For teenagers, Halloween is a time to get drunk, party, and dress up in some crazy costumes (some not suitable for children under the age of 13). However, there are people like me who could care less about Halloween. There are homebody teenagers who would rather just stay in when candy and partying just isn’t in the cards for them. So to help people like me out, here’s a few ideas for the Non-Halloweener’s on Halloween.

Take a Target Candy Trip

Even if you’re not necessarily taking part in Halloween, you can still treat yourself without the tricks. Candy will most likely be on sale for those last minute families that forgot to buy candy. So get out there and buy the candy that you would really want to eat for a reduced price. Trust me when I say I’m definitely stopping by for some Kit Kat.

Grab Some Pumpkin Flavored Everything

It is the perfect time for pumpkin flavored things, so for a relaxing night in, grab yourself some pumpkin cookies, pumpkin tea, pumpkin spiced latte’s, etc. Just go crazy. Yes, you might put on a few pounds, but it’s cool. It’s the season for eating everything with an IDGAF attitude. It’s really only gonna get worse from here. Just recover in 2018.

Get Your Spooky Movies Ready

Now I’m not much of a scary movie person because I’m a chicken. That’s another reason why I don’t like going out on Halloween. My favorite classics would be Halloween Town, Corpse Bride, The Addams Family, and of course, The Nightmare Before Christmas. I’m also going to watch TNBC on Christmas even though it’s not too much of a Christmas movie. Enjoy the classics in the comfort of your own home.

Make Some Spooky Snackies

Being home on Halloween doesn’t mean you can’t still have fun. Grab your other Non-Halloweener friends and do all of these things I listed together. You can also find some fun Halloween recipes to make together and not have to share with anyone else. Check out Pinterest or Rosanna Pansino on Youtube for some fun, creative, and delicious treats you guys can make together.

If you’re actually going to go out on Halloween, I’d say just be safe and make good choices and have fun in the process. If you’re staying in like me, hopefully you enjoy just having a nice, relaxing, yummy night all to yourself or with your friends without the craziness. Just have fun on Halloween in your own way everyone!
