The winter can be a hard time to work out. The thought of squeezing into an already over packed gym full of new years resolutions just might not be enticing enough. Sometimes a down comforter and Netflix just seem like a much better choice. But what else can be done to get motivated and actually commit to this “I don’t want to do it, but I should thought? The answer is simple: Instagram. Instagram workouts have gained interest through many users. I mean, let’s face it, you always have your phone. These workouts do not require you to go to the gym and even better, most do not require equipment, and they’re all super quick! That being said, there is no excuse not to workout. Following an Instagram user, such as chalenejohnson, or if you’re looking to shape a rocking booty, Jen Selter is the no-brainer.
