Let’s start off with the basic question: What are you involved in at UVA?
This semester? Well, I’m a part of MSA here at UVA- the Muslim Student Association. I also decided to connect with the outside community a little bit and ended up joining the Seminole Trail Volunteer Fire Department!
It’s that time of the year again, what would you say your finals mantra is?
I’m making sure to keep calm, (attempting to) study ahead of time, and keeping in mind that I’ve done everything I could have to prepare!
If you could marry one celebrity, who would it be?
Oooo… Rami Malek! Did you guys see him at the Met Gala lookin’ extra sharp? (*Insert multiple fire emojis here*)
Not only is he Egyptian- but he’s attractive, smart, and you know… we have that cultural connection in common already.
Most exciting thing you’ve ever done (or like one of the top five…)?
One of the most exciting things I’ve ever done is being able to have the chance to see a mummy’s head back home!
The one thing you’re looking most forward to about summer?
Spending time with my family.
