We all know that Mondays are the worst day of the week. It’s time to get back to the daily grind at school or work again. But, Mondays don’t have to be all bad anymore. Last year, The Food Truck League had their first food truck round up, since then they have had several pop-up locations for food truck gatherings. Starting this spring through the summer every Monday at Sugarmont Plaza in Sugarhouse different local food trucks will be coming together to share their delicious food with you. The best part about this is that you have an excuse to get outside and enjoy the nice weather and good food to cure your Monday blues. This is a great way to get out and support the community and our favorite local food truck vendors every week!
Some of this week’s local vendors included:
Cupbop: Korean Barbeque is the new trend in Korean style take-out food. Cupbop serves Korean BBQs, with rice and veggies, & other seasonal menus.
Waffle Wagon: serves quality Belgium liege waffles served with Nutella, Biscoff, fruit, & homemade whipping cream!
Taco Cartel: offers a wide range of moderately priced tacos that make it the perfect meal! It can also be found outside the Marriot Library most days.
Thieps Eats: Offers a wide range of Asian street foods with attitude.
