8 Classic Movies You Need to See, Like Yesterday

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Utah chapter.

Now I’m no movie buff, but I do like to watch a good movie just like the next person. For me, there’s nothing better than taking a study break and relaxing to a classic movie, especially if Audrey Hepburn is in it. Here is a list of 8 classic movies you need to see, if you haven’t already! P.S. After you see these movies, you’ll definitely find yourself quoting them in your everyday life.

1.  Dirty Dancing

“Nobody puts baby in the corner.”

2.  Pretty Woman

“I’m gonna treat you so nice, you’re never gonna let me go.”

3. Breakfast at Tiffany’s

“Hand me my purse, will you, darling? A girl can’t read that sort of thing…with…without her lipstick.”

4. Tombstone

“I’ve got two guns. One for each of ya…”

5. Thelma and Louise

“You’ve always been crazy, this is just the first chance you’ve had to express yourself.”

6. My Fair Lady

“The difference between a lady and a flower girl is not hot she behaves, but how she is treated.”

7. The Shawshank Redemption

“Remember Red, hope is a godo thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.”

8. Bonnie and Clyde

“This here’s Miss Bonnie Parker. I’m Clyde Barrow. We rob banks.”
