1. She makes me laugh like no other
Whether it’s her making fun of me or making funny faces at me, I’m crying laughing. Whenever we’re together, I feel like we’re always laughing about something. She’s honestly the funniest person I’ve ever met, and the same joke is still as funny as it was the first time. I feel truly happy when we’re laughing about literally nothing because the good vibes bounce off of each other, and it fills me with joy.
2. She understands and appreciates me
I go on a lot of rants, and no matter what I’m talking about or when I’m talking about something, she’s always there to listen to me. She always encourages me to do the right thing and is constantly affirming me in my decisions. I know she truly appreciates me because she is so genuine in her emotions and is constantly telling me how proud she is of me. Every single day without fail, she always tells me how much she loves me (even though I’m such an asshole sometimes…). She’s seen me at my worst and still loves me like I’m the best.
- She cares a lot for others
Honestly, she has the biggest heart for people. She would drop everything to go and help someone if they needed her, even if it was a stranger she had never met. She’s constantly doing stuff for other people, whether it’s meeting someone for lunch, even though she has a pile of homework, shooting someone a nice text, or giving someone a hug who needs it. She genuinely cares for other people’s well-being and won’t feel satisfied until she knows that the other person is okay.
- She helps me love Jesus
In case y’all didn’t know: I love Jesus!!! But it’s super hard to do that sometimes when life literally sucks, you feel alone, and no one cares for you. I often find myself wondering, “where is God in this?” But she is constantly reminding me to never lose faith and encourages me to be stronger, even in the most difficult of times. Watching the ways she loves Him is inspiring and reassuring. It makes me want to be a better person. I am not sure if I would’ve made it this far without that.
- She loves me for who I am
She’s never asked me to change something about myself to fit her standards. She loves and accepts me for who I am and reminds me that I am enough. I’m super hard to deal with sometimes, and I don’t even think I could do it, but I know that I am loved and cherished by her. I know she’ll love me no matter what and just wants me to be the best person I can be. At the end of the day, this is the only thing that I can ask for. She’s one of the best things that has ever happened to me, and I’m truly blessed to have her in my life.
