Kendall Jenner’s Turtleneck Comeback

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at USFSP chapter.

Kendall Jenner is attempting to do the impossible…to make the turtleneck comeback. Most of us thought that trend died off back in the ‘90’s and with good measure; however, as one of the most fashionable upcoming celebrities, Kendall has been challenging everyone and daring to push the fashion limits lately.

And I hate to say it but her outfits look pretty good! I love the way she combines the turtlenecks with fun prints and textures. It takes away what most people don’t like most about this article of clothing, the fact that they are boring and unflattering. I suppose turtlenecks really are the perfect combination of fashion and function!

She also makes them more fashionable and attractive by wearing them as crop tops, which we all know is very in at the moment. Kendall also most always pairs them up with a cute pair of high- waisted black or leather skinny jeans which works really well with the top.

Kendall shows us that turtlenecks are not just for your grandmother anymore. As a result, maybe it’s time to let go of all the hatred and adopt the turtleneck once again!

So tell me, what do you think?
