  The entire PLL fan base felt Spencer’s pain this past week after it was revealed that Toby was part of Team A. The fact that this happened on their one-year anniversary made it so much worse. The bigger question: What’s up with Meredith? The ex-mistress of Aria’s dad has gone crazy. We now have a suspicion that she is helping Mr. Montgomery cover up his tracks with why and when he met up with Allie, the night of her disappearance. She’s drugging Aria, stealing her phone, and at one point, had the intent to stab her with a broken piece of glass. The well-being of Aria remained unknown by the end of the episode after she was hit over the head by the psycho blonde. READ MORE

Lance Armstrong: What Now?

By the year 2005, after winning his seventh consecutive Tour de France, Lance Armstrong was a household name. You could not go anywhere without seeing at least one person wearing the infamous yellow “LIVESTRONG” bracelet in support of the cancer foundation Armstrong created. Everyone thought Armstrong was a miracle story, coming back from a cancer diagnosis that left him with a 40% survival rate post-surgery; Lance Armstrong not only survived the story, but went on to continue racing and earning his Tour de France titles. Last Monday on January 21, the city streets of St. Petersburg were flooded with onlookers from all walks of life to watch the 27th Annual MLK Parade, complete with floats and several marching bands, including the band from Seminole High School. Several clubs from USFSP marched in the procession including Student Government, the Juggling Club, the Black Student Association, the Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, and the Sailing Club, who even brought one of their boats decorated in proud banners announcing who we were. Many of us came with signs bearing messages of love, peace and equality written in marker, some of them quotes from the man we were honoring. READ MORE
