	Meet April Easterly By Kelsey Howard March 8, 2013 - 4:12pm April is a 20-year-old dancer born in Miami, Fla. April is currently bilingual in English and Spanish, but aspires to become trilingual in French. She is often told she has a laughing problem, but the other students and professors at the University of South Florida appreciate her humor and light-hearted attitude. April entered USF as an out-of-state student her Freshman year of college. She is originally from Florida and when her family moved to North Carolina she knew she had to return for college. She chose to attend USF even though it was not her first choice school because she loved the weather and the diversity. “At first I had only applied to USF as a safety school but ended up loving it when I visited,” April says. 	Fashion for a Cause: Meet Nikki Yourison, PRSSA President By Justine Figueroa December 1, 2012 - 11:07pm Nicole Yourison is a 21-year-old senior majoring in mass communications at USF. Although she is originally from Easton, Maryland, she grew up in Brick, New Jersey. She has chosen to focus her degree in public relations. Yourison, who is currently the director of special events and philanthropy for the Walter E. Griscti Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America here at USF, was recently named president of the organization for the 2013 semester. To end her run as director of special events and philanthropy, Yourison has planned an impressive benefit to raise awareness about domestic violence.
