Aah, Valentines Day. It’s such a cute day to celebrate the way you feel with your loved one/s. So Mickey and I came up with some cheap and easy gift ideas!
His&Hers
1. Chocolates!
It’s an obvious one, but you can get chocolate shaped roses and hearts or those big packaged boxes shaped like a heart… or some nice choccie like Lindt. Or even better, homemade chocolates! Straight from the heart.
2. An intimate dinner!
Boys and girls, you can both book a romantic dinner for two at your local restaurant if you have some extra cash or make a nice homemade dinner from home and suprise them as they walk through the door!
For Her
3. Flowers!
Every girl loves getting flowers, so maybe hint to your boy which ones are your favourites… You can pick them out individually to make a specialy designed bouquet or pick a bunch she would like best!
4. Take her out on the town
Take her to the movies, maybe take her out on a boat, take here shopping, the possibilities are endless!
5. Spruce up the place…
If you’re thinking of going all Romeo on her, don’t stop on our account! Get some rose petals and trail it to your homemade dinner or to the bedroom…not matter what they say girls love romance!

6. Take him on a hot air balloon ride!
A hot air balloon ride is a freakin’ awesome idea! Why didn’t I think of theta myself? There’s even packages to choose from, some of them even come with breakfast and two glasses of champagne! However this one wouldn’t be so cheap…
7. A special package
Make up a little special package just for him filled with goodies he loves! Not expensive and he’ll adore you for it! You could even chuck in Lang Leav’s Love & Misadventure. The poems in this book really touch your heart, it would be the ultimate romantic gesture!
8. Do whatever he wants to do!
I’m sure your guy always does something cute or exciting for you, so highly not turn the tables and plan the whole day just for him? Plan everything he likes to do, even if that’s surfing and do it together!
Flying Solo?
9. A girly night in!
Aah you single ladies, we’re all secretly jealous on the inside! Why not grab your girls and watch Ryan Gosling movies with popcorn and sodas. Sounds good yeah?
10. Go out!
This is the night you should all go out in the town and pick up hot boys… Or not! Just go it and have fun. Beach during the day, party at night!
