With finals approaching, my stress levels keep elevating. I am starting to have neck and back pain. I have found a method to unwind that doesn’t require a chiropractor. I have listed some great yoga positions to help ease tension right before bed! By the way, these are all positions you can do right on top of your bed.
Note: do all of these positions in the order that is listed!

3. Pigeon Post
4. Sleep!
