5 Things To Do With Your BFF On Valentine’s Day

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at URI chapter.

No boyfriend? No problem. Valentine’s Day is a day about love and of course, when it comes around every year and you’re ridiculously single, you can feel a little sad. But what’s important is to remember that you still have your best friends and there are plenty of fun things you can do on this day.

Face Masks

Everyone loves a good face mask and what’s better than having a little spa night with your best friends? Pampering yourself is something you need to do every once in a while and Valentine’s Day just seems like the perfect time to do so.

Drinking Game

Wine Wednesday, am I right? Movie and TV show drinking games are my absolute new favorite discovery that I want to share with the world. Whether you decide to watch a movie or TV show there is most likely a drinking game that comes along with it that can be found with a quick Google search.

Binge Eat

There’s no better day to binge than on Valentine’s Day! After you’ve applied your face masks and have poured yourself a glass of wine, the next essential is some grub. Whether you order an obscene amount of take-out food or make yourself a gourmet meal, we can all agree that V-Day is the best time to eat.

Buy Each Other a Gift

Let’s be honest, receiving and giving gifts is the best part of any holiday. Who says you can’t exchange gifts with your BFF on Valentine’s day? Valentine’s day is all about love and nothing says “I love you” more than a teddy bear and some chocolates.

Movie Marathon

I want to give a quick shout out to the Fifty Shades series for coming out with a new movie around Valentine’s Day every year. Fifty Shades or not, a movie marathon is always a good idea. You now have your face mask, your food and you’re sipping your wine…a movie marathon is the best way to complete your Valentine’s Day.
