White Fur by Jardine Libaire: I was completely shocked to see a book in our survival kits. I’d be lying if I told you that I’ve had time to read it before finals, but the summary definitely has me intrigued; it’s a love story set in New York in the 1980s and has fantastic reviews. I can’t wait to dive into it poolside or when I (finally) have some downtime to read.

Steripod – Steripod Toothbrush Protector: This is one of those items that you always need but rarely ever know where to get it or what it’s called- a toothbrush protector! This particular one can keep your toothbrush fresh for up to 3 months. Traveling during the summer can be quite a pain, and I, personally, am very anal when it comes to where my toothbrush is stored so that it remains clean. This is the perfect solution to make sure it stays fresh and doesn’t touch anything when I pack it away for a vacation.
essence cosmetics – Eyebrow Designer: Not going to lie, this was the most disappointing product of the bunch, even if it was still a pretty decent purse throw-in for on-the-go needs. The thing is, this pencil includes a brush and a wax pencil, but not for a specific color. I personally don’t use wax pencils, but I can see its usefulness for women who need to keep their eyebrows in place at all times.
