The Tea You Need to Get Through Finals

When we’re stressed, the last thing we tend to think about is the food/drink that we are putting in our bodies. But, truth be told, what we eat and drink plays a large part in how well we sleep, study, and feel. One of our go-to drinks, especially during times such as finals week, is coffee. While coffee might give us the extra energy we need in the morning, I think we’ve all experienced the crash afterward. There is an easy way to avoid this and give you that extra energy (plus more!) which we received in our Her Campus Holiday Survival Kit this past week. 

Yogi tea is about to become your BFF. Yogi tea isn’t like every other tea – it’s a cool tea. The inspiration for Yogi tea lies in the holistic teachings of Ayurveda, meaning that the ingredients and purpose of the tea are just as important as the flavor.

As an avid tea drinker myself, I consider Yogi tea to be my go-to drink when I’m not feeling the greatest or I need a little pick me up. It’s like going to hot yoga without leaving the house. My personal favorites are Green Tea Blueberry Slim Life, Cinnamon Vanilla Healthy Skin, and Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy. There is even a little motivation on each teabag label, which we can all use every once in a while.

Grab some Yogi tea next time you get groceries for a natural way to feel great from the inside out, and to help you kill those finals.
