We all want to have fun this summer, but money is a necessity. Thankfully, there are some summer jobs that can give us the best of both worlds!
1. Nanny
If you’re studying something like Early Childhood Education where you will be working primarily with kids, this would be an awesome experience! You will basically be getting paid for hanging out with kids. You can take fun trips to the zoo, go swimming at the pool, or just hang around and watch some Disney movies.
2. Camp Counselor
This is honestly my dream job. Spending all day outside, roasting marshmallows, and singing camp songs. What could be better?
3. Lifeguard
You’ll need some minimal training for this one. You’ll have to get CPR/Lifeguard/First Aid certified, but it will totally be worth it to sit outside all day, get tan and save lives.
4. Dog-walker
Update: this is actually my dream job. If I could spend the rest of my life doing something, this would be it. You might not get paid a large amount of money, but you will get paid a large amount of love from precious puppers which makes it the best job by far.
