HC: What do you like to do in your free time; any hobbies/interests?
Cody: I seem to spend a lot of my time in the gym. When I’m not working out, I love being outdoors—fishing, camping, boating or just enjoying some fresh air.
HC: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Cody: I hope to be married to my soul mate and have a few kids running around the house. I imagine we’d have a nice house in the country, and I’d be on my way to a successful career helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
HC: Describe your dream girl, or what you look for in a girl.
Cody: I love a girl who has dreams, ambitions and loves both her family and mine. She would have to at least match my level of weirdness, understand my lame sense of humor, be a great cook, and LOVE to cuddle.
HC: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go, and why?
Cody: I’ve always wanted to go to New Zealand; they don’t call it “paradise of the pacific” for no reason. One day I stumbled across a few pictures and fell in love. The beaches, lakes, and mountains are absolutely gorgeous.
HC: If you could change something about yourself, would you? And what would it be?
Cody: In most situations I am extremely shy… That is definitely one thing I would change.
HC: Any pet peeves?
Cody: Only one—people who chew with their mouth open.
HC: What’s your worst fear?
Cody: Being unsuccessful… and snakes, definitely snakes.
HC: Any embarrassing moments that we could get a laugh about?
Cody: Sadly, I’ve had a few too many embarrassing moments in my life. One more recently, my freshman year, I was filling up my glass in the dining hall and noticed an attractive girl also getting a drink. Before I got a chance to say anything, I spilled my drink all over myself and she walked away laughing.
HC: Halloween will be coming up before too long…any plans?
Cody: I would like to take my twin brother and sister trick-or-treating. I still need a costume, so I’ll be accepting any good ideas.
HC: And of course I have to ask, what’s your favorite part of being a Husker?
Cody: Being a part of such a great tradition and having the ability to meet all the great people I have met so far.
