The temperature has dropped below 40 degrees more than once, and all of my summer clothes are packed away in a box. They have been replaced with the basic winter necessities- scratchy turtlenecks and the same three pairs of black leggings. Every morning after I drag my shivering and winter blue self out of bed, I throw on my basic girl “uniform” and trek to class. On my way out the door I glance at the oven and think about the things I would do to curl up with a blanket, turn on a classic movie, and whip up some sort of treat my roomies will go nuts over. However, every year there comes a point where I’ve eaten so many chocolate chip cookies, I’m ready for something new, which is when Instagram saves the day.
