Melissa Trainer is a junior at UNCW majoring in communication studies. Pictured here on February 3rd, Melissa makes the best of the North Carolina winter weather with her outfit. Wilmington is known by those who live here by its unpredictable weather and drastically changing temperatures. However, Melissa uses this season to make her outfits the most versatile while still keeping it fashionable.
She is wearing light-washed skinny jeans– a classic– for comfort and style. Her white converse keep up with the latest fashion trends, but also make it easier for walking around campus and still looking cute. She tops everything off with a lace-trimmed tank and an oversized cream sweater. Oversized sweaters not only have taken over women’s fashion on campuses across the country but also remain one of the comfiest (and warmest!) clothing choices. When it comes to Wilmington weather, Melissa is ready to take it by storm with her outfit.
