The Incredibles is in my opinion, one of the best Pixar movies to date. So when I saw that the Incredibles 2 trailer finally came out I watched it about 20 times. No big deal. Apparently I wasn’t the only one, according to Entertainment Weekly the trailer became the most viewed for an animated movie within a few days of its release.
For those of you who haven’t seen it yet, here are some of the reactions you may have:
1. Sheer excitement. Afterall, it’s the Incredibles and we’ve been waiting for basically forever to find out what happens with Jack Jack’s powers.
2. Frustration. Because we still have a whole semester before it is released in June of 2018.
3. An urgent need to find your copy of The Incredibles. Unfortunately my searches on Netflix and Hulu both turned up nothing.
4. Nostalgia. Seeing Bob (a.k.a. Mr. Incredible) and Jack Jack again is just like seeing family for the first time in months. It just makes your heart happy.
Basically, you will feel all the feels. So if you haven’t watched the Incredibles 2 trailer, do it ASAP. It’s the perfect way to make a day of exam prep enjoyable.
