In the past year alone, we have had some big names drop in: Pretty Lights, Blue Scholars, Modest Mouse, Tech N9ne, 3OH!3, Kottonmouth Kings, Hinder, John Butler Trio Band, and Lotus…just to name a few. This doesn’t even include the local talent that plays at the clubs and bars downtown most nights of the week! With the cooler temperatures sure to soon emerge suddenly as they tend to do in Montana, it's best to be prepared in the shoe department. Although the winter weather of Missoula may make you long for comfort and warmth, you can't wear Uggs every day. Well, you could... but you won't. Because you're more fashion-savvy than that. The Luck of the Irish Takes Montana

The Big Sky holds host to some of the richest culture in the country. These culture experiences can be found in the form of multiple festivals. Included in these festivals are three of the biggest Irish gatherings in the Big Sky. The final weekend in July holds host to the Missoula Celtic Festival. Location in Caras Park visitors can enjoy a variety of food and Celtic themed vendors while enjoying entertainment by the Missoula Irish Dancers and the Missoula Celtic Dragon Pipe band, as well as various other performers that differ from year to year.
