NEW: 2016-2017 Erin Condren Life Planner Review

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UIC chapter.

Planners, planners, planners! They are all the craze right now. I absolutely think it is crazy how big the planner community has evolved. There are tons of Youtube videos with people showcasing how they get creative with their planners. There are even people making their own stickers on Etsy now! Planners are such a fun creative outlet for anyone to enjoy!

If you have not checked out my 2014 and 2015 edition of the review, please check it out!

The Planner:

The planner itself is gorgeous, as usual. There are a couple of cover options available for the new year ranging from floral and simple prints. You also have an option for the leather covers, but they are a bit more expensive. This time around, you are able to choose between four different coil clips: platinum, gold, rose gold, and black.

Interior:

·      Inspiration quotes and watercolor theme this year.

·      There are plenty of pastel colors for each month.

·      The pouch at the end of the planner is now detachable.

The interior of the planner is relatively the same layout as last year. There is a new format available for consumers: Hourly, Vertical, and Horizontal. My personal favorite is still the vertical layout format.

Now for the best part: the accessories!!

The sticker booklet is absolutely stunning this year. There are different washi tapes, box stickers, and plenty of watercolor stickers available. The detachable dashboard makes life so much easier for grocery lists! Simply grab a wet erase market and jot down your list! The pens are awesome! They are similar to sharpies but are fine tip pens.

Is it worth it?

Yes, absolutely. Life itself can be boring, especially with days that are busy. With this planner, tasks that are accomplished are so much more fulfilling because you are now able feel a sense of relief knowing that everyday is productive. I have to agree that this planner is pretty pricey, however, I do firmly believe that it is worth every penny!
