Genesis Villarreal is a 20-year-old sophomore at the University of Illinois majoring in Sociology with a concentration in Communications. This strong and intelligent Hispanic woman has been in a relationship for one and a half years. Genesis was born and raised in Chicago. She states, “I love my city and would not trade it for anything!”
Her accomplishments include being an alto member of UIC’s University Choir. Genesis says, “I love to sing. I have been singing for about 5 years now.” She is also a huge Bull’s fan, a lover of Spanish tunes (especially bachata and meringue). Although Genesis has a significant other, these are some things she looks for in a partner: intelligence, determination, humility, a good sense of style, a good sense of humor, a great singing voice and, “a cute face is certainly a plus, ha!” You can support Genesis Villarreal at this annual UIC Fashion Show in April!
