With school, work and other events that consume about 90% of our lives and attention, it’s sometimes difficult to have time to focus on ourselves. To balance that hectic thing we call life, here are 6 simple things you can do to love yourself: 

1. Pamper Yourself

Ranging from simply painting your nails or having an all out spa day, pampering yourself is a great and simple way to show love.

2. Write in a Journal

A journal may not seem like a way to love yourself however if you really think about it, writing in a journal could be a creative and therapeutic way to ease your emotions, especially when you are feeling sad or frustrated! 

3. Get Enough Sleep

Need I say more?

4. Dedicate a Whole Day to Yourself

It could simply be watching Netflix in your room or even shopping downtown! Overall, sometimes the best company you can give to yourself is you. 

5. Tell Yourself One Good Thing About You Each Day

It might seem awkward and difficult at first but telling yourself one good thing about you not only shows love but is a great way to bring out positive vibes!

6. Remind Yourself You Are Enough

Because knowing that is one of the greatest loves of all.
