The semester is finally coming to an end and it’s the moment that we have all been waiting for! With finals being less than a week away, here are some tips to help you make through finals without feeling overwhelmed and slumped.

1. PLAN!

Start planning out your schedule now if you haven’t taken the time to do so already. Trust me, it’s better to start figuring out your schedule and study plan sooner than later.

2. Study smart, not hard

Whatever you do, don’t wait until the last minute to study. Your brain will have a hard time retaining large amounts of information all in one sitting.

3. No more all-nighters

Say goodbye to the all-nighters. Make it your goal for the next week to get 7-8 hours of sleep. You will feel refreshed and energized to start your day. Plus, you will be able to study better while retaining information more easily. In addition eat a healthy breakfast, it’s also a good way to get your day going.

4. DESTRESS!

Whatever that means for you then do it! Whether that’s taking a coffee break, exercising, or taking a nap, do what works best for you to help you stress less. Personal time is always important and well needed, especially for times such as these.
