Finals Week is approaching! Are you prepared for all that it entails for you this semester? Once when you are in preparation, there may be a few things that you may want to include on your Finals Week tool belt:

Healthy Satisfying Meal Ideas: As tempting as it is to snack on your guilty pleasures, try to keep your wellbeing in mind. I have met many people who get sick immediately after Finals Week because of a poor diet during the big week.  So, take this week to plan what you are going to eat for the week. Make it easy! Also, make sure that everything needed is already in your fridge or buy it this week!

Comfy Clothes: You are going to be studying day in and day out. You may not have as much time to do your favorite day look. So, when is ever a great occasion to be comfy going to class!

Headphones: Music, hands down, are my best friends in the world! During finals week, headphones become a tool for optimal studying because they keep you in the zone.

The best way to be prepared for finals week is to take the week before to realize your needs to make it the most efficient week. And of course, study, study, study!
