Spring semester brings connotations of new friends, new classes and most importantly, spring break. Each spring, we collegiettes resolve to eat healthier and workout more in hopes of attaining that spring break physique. Every year, the University offers its support to our resolutions with Ramsey's Fitness Free Week. During free week, collegiettes flood the spacious center to take free instructional fitness classes, inculdink kicboxing, yoga, and pilates.
