Springing Forward With The HC Survival Kit

March 20th is the first day of spring, and we couldn’t be more ready. We’re excited for spring breezes, and we long for the day when the flowers will start to bloom, but unfortunately spring also means that the end of the semester (and all the papers, projects, and exams that come with it) is also starting to loom.

Skip a shower? Try dry shampoo!

It’s no secret that dry shampoo is the secret to second (or third) day hair. And the crazier the semester gets, the more we reach for our spray cans instead of hopping in the shower. This new tropical scent from Pssst by Freeman Beauty will make you feel like you’re relaxing on a tropical island instead of jetting to class.

Does your spring break tan pale in comparison to your expectations? Break out the self tanner!

No matter how hard some of us try, it can be impossible to achieve that perfect sun-baked glow. Some of us just need a little more help, and that’s where Loreal Paris Sublime Bronze comes in. Just swipe one of these handy towlettes all over your body and you’ll have a streak-free, natural looking glow in under two hours. Way easier than a week of avoiding sunburn at the beach!

Need to land a spring crush? Rock some flirty lipstick!

If you’ve got some spring fever, break out some fun pink lipstick. This brand, Charlotte Tilbury, says, “Give a woman the right makeup and she can conquer the world,” which we totally agree with. Swipe on a bold shade of pink and seize the day!

Feeling overwhelmed and stressed? Spend some time planning!

If you feel like your life is a never-ending to-do list that you can’t keep straight in your head, it’s time to write some things down. With a planner like these gorgeous styles from Erin Condren, planning our your studies and club meetings can feel just a little less tedious. Even better, get some felt tip pens like these to make color coding a breeze!

Spring is here, but now you’re ready to face it head on. Go forth and conquer, collegiettes!
