1. Invite people over to watch those Classic Disney movies that will be on. Halloweentown (all of them), Hocus Pocus, The Haunted Mansion, Twitches and so many more.
2. Or find one of the thousands of scary movies that will be on TV. I suggest the Saw series… Be a nice person in life!
3. Watch The Addams Family. Such a classic!
4. Hang out in a cemetery! (Jokes… unless you’re totally into that stuff then like, have at it.)
5. Watch every episode of American Horror Story on Netflix.
6. Invite your friends over and have a Pinterest Party. You know, make all those cute Halloween drinks.
7. Go see a scary movie in theaters. (Because there are like 5 billion out every October.)
8. Go trick-or-treating. As long as you dress up, it’s still okay, right?
9. Sit outside and hand out candy to kids. Who can resist the sweet faces of all the witches, ninjas and celebrity look-alikes?
10. Carve pumpkins! An extremely messy but fun way to be creative this season.
11. Sit in Starbucks with your PSL (don’t lie to yourself and pretend you don’t know what that means) and enjoy the sugary tastes of fall before the winter flavors roll in. (Shout out to Peppermint Mocha for being fantastic.)
12. Start planning your holiday plans for Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, New Year’s Eve…you get the point. (And, hell yes, Black Friday is a holiday!)
13. Finally, just get out and do something! Don’t just sit inside and waste away. What are you afraid of? It’s just Halloween…
