Your sweet tooth will be sure to thank you, but that means you’ll also be ingesting lots of calories. But Halloween doesn’t have to mean you put a pause on healthy eating. With these helpful hints, you can skip the calorie-bomb candies and determine which of your favorite sweets are the lesser evils. Below are the best and worst candy options:
