It’s Lit

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UCSB chapter.

It’s a Gaucho right of passage to watch the sunset from the beach. No matter where you come from, nothing can really compare to the beauty of the sun setting.

The sunset in Isla Vista is almost like life’s way of saying, “You had a lot of work to do and that sucked, but, hey, here’s something pretty,” and no matter how bad things are it just makes everything okay.

Added bonus: the sunset looks gorgeous from all angles. Um, sign me up.

As if you needed any more reasons to head over and watch the sunset whenever you can, here’s another: perfect selfie lighting.

As far as sunsets in Isla Vista go, it’s always lit, Gauchos.
