Fashionista and Fashionmista of the Week

Tucked in a quiet oasis of maple trees and snow covered hills, its hard to imagine that students at the University of Connecticut would want to wear anything other than the signature blue and white husky logo hoodies, jeans and comfy Ugg boots or sneakers as they trudge across the 4100 acre campus. Yet the appetite for fashion on this rural campus is surprisingly just as big as any urban campus found in NYC or Boston, the two neighboring, fashion forward cities in the Northeast. I would say I'm very bold, my style is right now very neutral. I'm definitely a chameleon, I dress with my feelings, and I pick out something that describes how I'm feeling each day."

Style advice:
"I feel like if you always dress "in style" you lose your own style along the way, you should dress for your feelings, you should dress for the day. If you can use style to give you a good attitude why not? Dress like it’s a new day, if you dress the same everyday you'll never progress, you'll stay the same."
