1) Sleep on your back

The weight of your head can actually cause wrinkles to develop.

2) Use an eye treatment

Use a heavy moisturizer that will not only help hydrate dry skin around your eyes, but it will also help moisturize your eyelashes.

3) Satin pillowcase

To avoid frizzy hair and waking up with bed head try sleeping on a statin pillowcase. This type of pillowcase creates less friction than cotton pillowcases.

4) Moisturize your lips

Having moisturized lips will make applying your favorite lipgloss or lipstick much easier in the morning.

5) Hair treatment

Try to avoid split ends by feeding your hair at night with a moisturizing hair mask.
