Wooing a lady is pretty easy to accomplish on Valentine’s Day: flowers, a balloon and nice dinner often do the trick. But I have found difficulty trying to figure out what to get for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day, especially on a tight budget.
Here is something I put together for my boyfriend that is inexpensive and easy to make! Most guys like some kind of candy of sweet treat, so I packed a basket with his favorites. I threw in a humorous chocolate bar and card (hidden in envelope) both from Urban Outfitters that I found to be a refreshing replacement for the typical cheesy Hallmark card and box of chocolates. The candy is also resting on a couple of t-shirts with colors that my S.O. likes – which you can find on sale at Pacsun here. Try this gift basket or a variation for a thoughtful, college-budget friendly Valentines Day!
