“Home,” a movie from Dreamworks, follows an alien named Oh and his encounter with a human girl named Tip from another world. The cute animated movie is about the invasion of the planet by aliens, but Tip is left behind and Oh isn’t sure what to do. It is set to release March 27.
However, if you’re looking for a celebrity sighting near campus, “Home” is premiering on Sunday March 22 at the Regency Village and Bruin Theaters in Westwood. The event on Facebook is from 11 am to 3 pm. Stop by before the movie begins to see the red carpet and try to spot the lead actors, whose voices are lent to the cartoons: Jim Parsons (Oh), Rihanna (Tip), Steve Martin (Captain Smek), and Jennifer Lopez (Lucy). This is a great opportunity to see some stars in Los Angeles – just a 10 minute walk away.
