1) Favorite UCLA memory?
Relay for life this past weekend. It was the first time I’ve done the whole 24 hours. It was really fun getting to know my team as well as other people participating. My mom was able to come down for the Luminaria Ceremony to remember my sister. It’s great to know that everything goes straight to cancer research to hopefully find a cure.
2) What do you look for in a guy? Funny, smart, nice, caring, and athletic.
3) What are your plans for summer?
I fly out to Paris the night of my last final so that I get to spend a few days, including Father’s Day, with my dad. I then get to study abroad in Florence, Italy for two months. Afterwards, I’m going to travel around Europe with friends.
4) What do you do in your spare time?
Sleep, work out, listen to music, watch movies, and hang out with friends.
5) Why did you choose UCLA?
I wanted to go to this school so bad, so it was the only one I applied to.
6) What’s your idea of a perfect date? Anything that would be casual and fun, whether it’s going out to a movie or any activity – maybe Sky High?!
7) What’s your favorite food? Anything my mom makes.
8) Who is your greatest role model and why?
My dad because he loves his family and he cares about his friends, but he’s also super hard-working and determined. He’s his own boss, and he makes stuff happen.
9) What made you want to join Kappa Delta?
I really connected with the girls that I talked to during rush, and I really liked their philanthropies. They work with kids a lot, and they also have the Confidence Coalition, where they instill confidence in young women.
