By Tumi Belo

Midterms are winding down and talk of finals has begun. Yes, it’s that time of the quarter again, only this time instead of making plans for next quarter that’s right around the corner we’re making plans for the seemingly endless summer that lies ahead. As this quarter decelerates to an end, I will be looking back more and more on the amazing year that I have had in California. The year seems to have gone by at light speed and I am so sad when I consider the prospect of leaving UCLA and the Bruin family I have been building since Fall.   1) Favorite UCLA memory? Relay for life this past weekend. It was the first time I’ve done the whole 24 hours. It was really fun getting to know my team as well as other people participating. Funny, smart, nice, caring, and athletic. 3) What are your plans for summer? I fly out to Paris the night of my last final so that I get to spend a few days, including Father’s Day, with my dad. I then get to study abroad in Florence, Italy for two months. Afterwards, I’m going to travel around Europe with friends....

Nothing is more rewarding after a long day of work or class than a night out with some friends. However, if works runs a little late or you don't have as much time as you'd like to get ready, don't fret. There's a five minute regimen to transforming you day makeup into a gorgeous night look.
