By Mary Michael Toups
February 26, 2013 - 12:00pm

The room was pumping house and electronic music with laser light fixtures and spinning lights around the room in the dark for the hour-long class. The yoga routine was designed to provide a new concept in fun where the body responds only to the stimulation of music, yoga and meditation. READ MORE

All week they’ve been collecting new or gently used prom dresses for girls who cannot afford them on their special night. READ MORE

More recently I have noticed that Orlando has a very large vegetarian and vegan community. For whatever your reasoning may be for choosing your dietary choices, there's one thing I know is certain: the food tastes marvelous! READ MORE
