17 Things Desperate Housewives Teaches Us

Well, it’s only taken about 6 months of constant Netflix watching, but I have finally finished all eight seasons of Desperate Housewives. It’s one of those shows that reels you in with its comedic characters, but keeps you around with its constant drama. Whether it is Bree’s ability to handle any situation, Lynette’s savvy boss-woman attitude, Gabrielle’s dexterity with men, or Susan’s constant compassion, each of these ladies has a story to tell and a lesson to teach.

And lastly, the truth that a life without girl friends would be simply boring

“It’s funny. Some people never get to know the folks next door. They share a fence and nothing else, and we’ve shared everything. How did we get to be so lucky?”
