16 Songs to De-Stress To

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UCD chapter.

The power of music is not to be underestimated. While music can unite people across the globe, raise social concerns, or fight against injustices, I find that the power of music is most prominent when I’m sitting alone in my room. Songs have the ability to drastically change your mood, and whenever I’m anxious or stressed out, I always turn to music.
