What do you like the most about Davis?

I like all the friends that I’ve made here. I like the environment, it’s very relaxed…and the weather’s not too bad aside from a couple weeks. It’s a pretty good all-around experience.

Favorite movie, color, and food?

Movie, I’m gonna have to go Gladiator. Color, I’m gonna have to go aquamarine. And then food? This is pretty typical, but pizza. Combo pizza.

Are you a cat person or a dog person, and why?

Dog person! Because dogs are so much better than cats. Cats are mean and scratch you – dogs, all they wanna do is love you. They play fetch, they are furry, they lick you in the face…I like my dog more than I like any of my friends here.

How do you unwind after a long day?

I just got the new Call of Duty, which is huge. I’ll have a beer or two, talk with my friends. Or cornhole [a beanbag-tossing game], or going out to the bars, or just hanging out with my friends.

What’s your most embarrassing moment?

So I was in France with my family, and I was like four or five, and I went into the women’s bathroom with my mom. And she left and was waiting for me, but the lights were on a timer, so the lights went out. And I was in the stall and I got really scared, so I just started peeing all over the bathroom, and I was screaming and yelling and stuff. And when they came into the bathroom to turn the lights on, they found me laying down on my side in the fetal position.

What’s the biggest thing on your mind right now?

I’ll just say this: a long-lost love.

Berenfeld, ’14, about to engage in a rousing game of cornhole
